ISHTARA

This work took me back home into my body in the safest way possible where I experienced true belonging I always longed for.

You see, I was born in Moldova in a very abusive household. To be as intuitive and as attuned as I was and experience complex trauma including physical and sexual abuse since I was very little in my own family was the perfect combination that took me out of my body very early on. 

​

The way I was conditioned to exist in relationships was complete dissolution of self. To be in my body growing up was unsafe , heavy, disorienting, depressing to say the least. For the most part of my life I thought everyone was intuitive like me. I was a walking intuition attuned to everything and everyone around me was completely dissociated, pulled in every direction. Shadow work was a very important tool of awakening for me that allowed me to see many disowned, rejected and denied  parts of myself and integrate them on a psychological level. I’ve done deep Shadow work for more than 10 years.

But when I experienced the potency of Ishtara I was blown away.

Bringing back to myself parts I left behind, in my own body in such a Grounding, Safe and Potent way was something I couldn’t even imagine being possible. I knew I will become an Ishtara embodiment teacher soon enough and teach it to everyone entering my field.

Because an Embodied life opened my eyes to things I couldn’t see before and gave me a more rich and full of color existence! And I desire this for you too!
